Seller's description: 

Unit is road worthy and ready for someone to load their inventory in and go. It is a well loved trailer and gets used almost every weekend so it does have some wear. Of course, as the owner I see everything that's wrong, but it has a distressed finish so the blemishes hide well. I get so many compliments on it! More pics coming soon as weather permits. 

Note: Seller is willing to include all rolling racks and other accessories, including remaining inventory, for an additional fee. Call for specifics. 

NOTE: Does NOT include a spare, as one tire has gone flat. Might just need air but I can't promise it's a safe tire to use.

* Trailer is weather tight, no leaks. 
* Tires have all been replaced within the last 1.5 years and are in good condition.
* Only known issues is it needs the water pump replaced for the bathroom & the springs in the awning need to be replaced.
* Overall dimensions: 29' x 8'. Interior length is 23'. 
* The slideout on the trailer is 40"x74".
* GVWR = 7,000 lbs
* Before it was converted, it was a Forest River flagstaff camper. The bathroom is in the hallway across from fridge. The dressing room is in the back.
* Never had to do any maintenance on the axles.
