The truck build was completed in 2018 and used through 2020. A few events were taken in 2021 (less than 15 total events in 2021). This food truck has always passed its city's medallion inspection every year. With 99k miles.

Seller notes: The body of the truck is in normal condition, not much you can see as its wrapped. The truck was chopped apart where the build occurred so once the wrap comes off there are different colors in the parts where it was custom built. The truck mechanically is in great shape.

Apart from the listed equipment, the special part of our truck is that we used an expensive Cummins Onan commercial generator to power the truck. We never had any instance where there wasn't enough power and its built directly into the back of the truck so it's not easy to steal. We also got the fuel line from the truck extended to the generator so you never have to fill it with gas, it runs directly off the trucks gas tank.

Everything except the empanada press and mixer is in the truck. We made the empanadas off-site so we only needed to store and cook the food in the truck.
