Plenty of space to make an area for cleaning supplies if they choose to. Water tank size is 25 gallon. Everything on the trailer is NSF. Should be able to easily put the triple sink back in, but may then need to replace the gray water tank, as it needs to be a certain percentage larger than the fresh water per local requirements. Dimensions approx 6-7 ft for the hood.
