Nelson VBD10TSE . I used it for 2 seasons, bought it from someone that claimed it had hardly been used. I never questioned it by it’s like new appearance and performance

Could probably drive it, but I wouldn’t.

No idea, the odometer hasn’t changed since I have owned it

This old truck has driven thru neighborhoods selling ice cream for nearly 40 years. I’m sure that owners in the past have replaced parts as needed to keep it up and running. For example , I believe that the engine is not the original just as the driver,s leather Audi seat is not made by Chevy.
