Food truck's kitchen was installed in 2013. This is an awesome full kitchen truck with the transmission that was replaced 2 years prior to the engine. It was replaced with an International heavy-duty transmission. Brand new engine. Only has 89 miles on motor.NOTE- SELLING AS IS DUE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Engine was flooded in a hurricane. The entire truck wasn't underwater; no water in the cab or inside the truck. The truck was parked at an angle and the water had risen enough that it got in the engine. Engine and electrical and everything in the hood was replaced and redone. Wasn't underwater for more than 48 hours. The water receded about 14 hours after it had risen and seller had it towed to repair.
Power steering has been fixed.
*vent hood fan has a dent in it and may need to be replaced.
*Seats need to be re-covered.

Is it possible to replace the hot equipment with equipment that has an oven underneath or is there a wheel well in the way there?
There is space under the hood for an oven towards the rear of the truck as well as a gas valve ready. You can also remove one or both of the friars to put a bigger of in if needed or steam table.
Are there any remaining mechanical issues?
No, it's been in the shop for a month.
Does the engine and everything need to be replaced under the hood?
Brand new engine. Only has 89 miles on motor.
