Prior Equipment Questions...
Why are you selling after one season?
Primarily person reasons. The food truck business was one part of a partnership (LLC) that disbanded. Decided to take a traditional 8 to 5 job.
When did you last get maintenance on the truck?
The truck has been parked for several months with the engine and generator started every few weeks. The oil change records and maintenance records are available. Batteries were replaced a year ago. The truck engine and diesel generator both run fine.
Is there anything that might need to be changed or fixed?
All of the appliances are in good working condition and are a few years old with relatively little use.
You would need to have it inspected by the local health dept where you will operate it.
Vehicle registration and insurance will also be required.
