NEW - 2023 8' x 12' Kitchen Food Trailer with Fire Suppression System for Sale in North Carolina!

* This has a clean title. 
* Once delivered to the seller. It was towed to the seller's warehouse and to fire suppression shop so tires are great brand new spare tire.
* The electrical upgraded from 30 amp to 50 amp by an electrician.
* New black iron pipes installed as well as hot water heater.
* The gas and the lines have been holding strong at 20 psi for 8 months.
* Equipment has been tested and is in working perfect new condition, but haven't cooked in it.
* There are a few cosmetic things from when I had upgrades but not major. Around the electrical and water input you can see it's not a clean cut, but it's sealed just not perfect aluminum.
* There is also a mini display avantco freezer that is included
* The seller had welders make a custom stainless steel generator platform that included and had welders circular weld the hood , so grease won't get trapped and water won't leak. Per request of health inspector.

* It hasn't gone through final health inspection. Hot water heater, also installed per request of health inspector. So about $6000 extra work done on it
