This unit is in fair condition. The truck is fully drivable and the tires are in great condition

The appliances have been removed and the kitchen needs to be completely remodeled.
Most things can be salvaged and reused. The vent hood was disassembled with the pieces inside the truck.
The engine was rebuilt with 300 miles and has been driven very little so practically a new engine.
Electricity is in good shape and has a propane tank under the truck.
