Perfect for the warm days and during winter, this concession stands can be used for selling anything from food to retail. It's a portable building that can be transported via a flatbed trailer. Normal wear and tear, except the front exterior right corner was ripped off when being moved off sight.

What is the condition of the equipment and machinery inside? Is everything fully functional?

The ice chest works great. The sink with the instant hot water has not been used by me. From what I understand from previous owner, it worked for them just fine.

What are the square footages?

The Largest shack (mint blue with white trim) exterior measurements are 11' wide at the top and 7' wide at the base; 11' deep at the top and 10 1/2' deep at the base.
The second largest is 10'9" wide and 12' deep.
The smallest is 8'2" deep and 13' wide.
