This barbecue food concession trailer comes with Southern Pride SPK-500 All stainless steel inside and out, a whole log smoker with LP assist with convection, and a 15-rack rotisserie are mounted on the back of this trailer, with Dexter 7000-pound dual axles with brakes and five matching aluminum wheels. It comes with a pull truck that is a 1999 Chevrolet C3500 crew cab dually with a long bed and a 454 powerplant. On the exterior, there is a pop-up serving counter and a 36"x 48" menu board. All aluminum treadplate floors. Included is a roof-mounted A/C and heat system that works very well for this setup. The electrical system is a 50-amp, 220-volt system powered by a low-hour, 13000-watt dual-fuel generator with electric start, split down to have plenty of 20-amp, 120-volt dedicated lines for your steamers, and extra heating and cooling devices. LED interior and exterior lights as well as motion sensor exterior lights that run on a low-voltage 12-volt system.
It boasts an extra-large 3-basin stainless steel sink with a handwashing station and Zurn commercial faucets and pre-rinse sprayers. Electric hot water system, a 70-gal freshwater tank, and a 250-gal gray water tank. There are nearly 28 feet of stainless steel countertops, plus shelves and plenty of storage space.
