   The truck utilizes a 2-gallon DC-operated marine-type pressure tank for water pressure and a 2-gallon water heater for plumbing. Both are in excellent condition. This truck utilized baking and stove cooked menus. Each owner (including myself) has sought out a food truck without a grill and fryers. This means very little mess, very little cooking heat, no grease,no propane, no overhead hood, and lower insurance costs.
