A vintage remodeled fiberglass houseboat serving fresh steamed, sautéed seafood that's currently licensed, insured and operating on land. Passed all health inspections of January 2020. Kitchen was installed in 2019 with a standing interior height of 7'. Inside dimensions is approximately 6' x 17'.
