I would like to know more about the smoker. Where is the wood loaded? Size of wood box? Thanks

The wood box is located on the outside of the smoker, (see pic) It is rather large, and holds 6 large pieces of split wood.

In your opinion is there room to put a grill on the porch section?

there is room for a grill, if it's not real big.

any room or piping to add a stove with an oven?

Where the two refrigerators are, the small one could be taken out and a stove put there next to the three warmers. There's also room where the three warmers are. Taking one of them out would give extra room. So on that entire side there is room for rearrangement.

Does it have a freezer? (didn't see one listed)

No, it has two refridgerators, a large commercial and a smaller unit under the condiments trays, which are refridgerated.

I want to make sure this is turn-key??

Everything works and ready to go except the air conditioner / heater which needs freon. It is a window unit and is easy to take out and repair. To my knowledge, everything is in working condition. I smoked ribs and several pork butts on the smoker news years day of this year with no problems. The german knives are not included anylonger.
