In very good condition, This is a 2013 - 8.5' x 35' Freedom BBQ Concession Trailer with 8' of inside standing height. Extended v-nose. 16 foot custom porch and 16 foot enclosed. 4 sinks, cabinets. BASIC FIXTURES ONLY- add your own equipment. Note- sub floor where the pit is a little soft as shown in a few pics Equipment List

Will the soft area in the floor cause issue when pulling?
No. I still pull it out to events.
What is the over all weight and tongue weight?
Trailer empty is 5000lb. With the equipment on there now add 2000lb. Tongue weight less than 500lb.
