2018 8.5' x 26' Barbecue Food Trailer with Porch and Bathroom for Sale in Virginia!

Seller's Note: will have to rent a generator to show equipment turned on because he has it in storage with no source of power, seller is unsure about the ability to show everything working but is willing to try and was advised to alert his sales rep beforehand if any equip will not be shown functioning so buyer can be updated and approve the situation.

• 26 ft. includes the entire working part of trailer from front to porch but does not include all the way to ball hitch – Probably about 34-36 in total length from tip to tip of trailer – requires largest ball hitch to pull and pulled it with a 2500 (1/2 ton truck)
• Trailer empty weight on title is 3800 lbs.
• Will include a ton of extra stuff like sandwich board, cleaning supplies, recipe book, paper goods and step ladder

* There are steps on each side of trailer – but one step on driver side is bent on the decorative nonskid part so that along with wood behind it will need to be replaced – wood there is soft and exposed to water
* May need some new non skid diamond in areas - small holes in the metal non-skid covering the wooden flooring (the seller  believes it is referred to as diamond flooring), some of the pop rivots are somewhat missing, leaving an approx. ½ inch hole. Also, some pieces of the non skid flooring have started peeling.
* Tiny indentation on the bathroom door that is almost not visible.
* Tiny grease spots near where smoker was on outside.
* Molasses was spilled around storage area (near sandwich station) that he is having trouble getting up.
* All exterior lights work but seller said unknown because last time it was pulled he was not there in person.
1 LED Lightstrip out on inside but there are 4-5 other LED lightstrips working on interior. 1-2 LED lights on exterior needs to be replaced but 3-4 still working properly.
* Hot water is in tanks but is not on demand
