NOTE ABOUT CA INSIGNIA: Inspection not currently valid since trailer is not in use. Seller did not renew it. New owner should apply for their own and have the unit inspected for certification.

Why did this unit go out of business? Is it anything to do with the trailer itself or just personal reasons?
2 years ago. Nothing wrong at all with this trailer. Just because business closed, we are not in this industry anymore. But the trailer taking too much space on my drive way and my Tesla can't park closer to charge. So we need to get rid of it ASAP. So that we can start charging our Tesla on our driveway

Last time was 2021. Not in use after that. No issues at all for inspection, everything is following their standards

It's not valid since this trailer not in use. We didn't renew it. New owner should apply their own. See photo in listing.
