FOR HCD/HUD INSIGNIA: It would need the windows reconfigured, fire suppression system installed if using a grill, exit door added, and new 3 compartment sink with area for drying. The grill would also need to be replaced with an NSF grill.

No, it has never been applied for. It was used by previous owner without one. I never applied as I decided I just didn’t have the time to do my side business with my full time job.
