This awesome mobile kitchen is featuring an 8’ BBQ smoker area that's a custom Jambo style pit mount that could be put back on the Golf cart wheels and 4’ stain steel work table. I noticed there is no refrigeration on the trailer. How large is the breaker box for refrigeration to be added?
It had a small refrigerator in it at one time. 30 amp.
Is this trailer for recreational use only or this could be used for commercial use and would it pass city regulations to
receive permits to serve the public?

For the last 2 years it has been used for Competition BBQ Cookoffs, but recently used at 2 street festivals where I was able to pull festival food permits and serve.
