Is this L&I approved?
No, it needs to have the hood removed or replaced. And I had a p-trap installed. Also, if you want to use gas other than the small tank in the grill. It must be installed below the rig.

Did the truck originate in Washington, or was it brought in from another state?
It originated in Oregon and was being used as is by previous owner there
Was this truck used commercially, or was it used only for private events?
It was used for both private events and public events.
How has the truck been stored when not in use?
The previous owner had it garaged. We have it in our driveway connected to power
Have there been any recent mechanical or equipment repairs needed?
We replaced the hot water heater and added a new sprayer faucet. We added the high and espresso machine and grinders as well as the POS, ice machine, grill, and Fryer.
Are all kitchen appliances (grill, fryer, refrigeration) in working order?
Yes
What’s the current engine mileage and service history?
Three days truck was a postal truck and regularly maintained. The previous owner said that they maintenance stood regularly and we have done the same.
Have you tried to have this truck certified in Washington? If so, what were the results?
It is not L&I certified.
How does it drive? Plan on driving back to Seattle.
It drives great – we have driven it to the Tri-Cities, so up and down hills and no problem. Things stay very stable in the back.
