No commissary is necessary for this smoking hot food trailer! It stands 7'6" on the inside and all equipment installed is all restaurant-grade!The trailer includes a built-in safe in the cabinet that has a cash drop slot and is bolted to the floor. It also has a cash drawer built-in under the window and additional shelving over the prep table for easy access to whatever they are serving on; plates, to-go boxes, etc.
Seller notes: It also has an alarm system built-in, but it's not currently working. We have the contact info for the business we bought it from. There is also damage to the fan on the top of the trailer, but it does not affect the functionality of the fan.
