The interior lights, water pump and heater are powered by a car battery stowed in the corner.
About once a month we’d put the battery on a battery charger overnight so it’s fresh again.
It does include a 2000W inverter generator. The trailer was professionally outfitted.

How much does it weigh?
It has been a while since I’ve weighed it detached from a truck, but if my memory serves me it is right at 3000 lbs.
I am assuming it has electricity? Does it include a generator?
The steamers are powered by the LP tanks on the tongue of the trailer. The interior lights, water pump and heater are powered by a car battery stowed in the corner. Is there heat/air conditioning?
No, but there is an exhaust vent in the ceiling/roof that pulls out heat. The screen door also allows you to leave the rear door open on hot days.
Do you have a copy of the schematics to have it approved before purchase?
Yes. The trailer was professionally outfitted. Schematics/dimensions can be provided upon request.
