What is the reason for selling?

We own a full service grocery store and thought the machine would consume a large part of our “in store” sales there by creating stronger margins for ice sales.
This did not happen as our customers prefer bagged ice from our ice box. As such we are selling the machine simple because it did not generate new sales. The machine operated just fine.
