2007 - 20' Barbecue Concession Trailer | Mobile Barbecue Vending Unit for Sale in Texas!

This unit is in good condition and has full length lighting of the interior. Seller has added hydraulic lifts on the back flip up panel so one person can raise it with ease (10/2024) and repainted the pit, burners, storage bin and sink. The pit is 1/4" steel and is not burned out at all. The little rust in the pics is surface only. Pit was seasoned properly at the time of purchase. The trailer was repainted in March 2025, and new tires were put on it.

Would the current owner give us some ideas of how this has been used and different configurations for cooking?
We have used the Bar B Q Trailer for Cook off competitions several times thru out the year. Everything is stationary in the trailer so the set up stays the same. There is a large 3 door Lyfetime pit with a smoker tower and a firebox
How tall is the unit at the tallest point?
107" at the highest point of the roof
How many gallons is the fresh water tank, and is there a way to hook up to existing water?
The water tank holds about 7.5 gallons and currently there is not a way to hook up to a waterline but can be modified very easily.
What is the weight (approximately)?
Approximately 3500 lbs.
