What is the total weight to make sure vehicle will accommodate being able to tow?
The total weight empty is 3,500 lbs the GVWR is 9990 lbs.
I was curious the pictures show what appears to be a deep fryer but it is not listed. Is there a deep fryer and if so what size etc?
There is no deep fryer installed currently. There is only a 36" gas griddle. However there is slots and gas lines for two 35-40 lb gas fryers.
What kind of A/C unit is in it, and is it functioning?
15000 BTU AC
What are the dimensions for the open space where fyers were at?
The open same where the fryers are is about five feet wide. When both fryers were installed there was plenty of space to put a trash can and still have access to the propane valves.
What are the dimensions of the prep table, and how is it secured to the floor?
The prep table is bolted to the wheel well. Its about five feet wide and three feet deep.
Is there room to place an over inside?
Yes a oven could be placed in several places depending on configuration.
