The Blodgett convection oven is new while the other 2 ovens have been converted to propane. This brakes pass the environmental health code.
Seller description:
We had the smoker rebuilt in 2012 and put a new double door commercial fridge 2014
We put the double Blodgett oven on the trailer in 2007.
I rebuilt the floor which is now 3 inches thick covered with diamond plate aluminum.
We added a custom aluminum toolbox to hold all the accessories. I added inside and outside outlets. In 2015 we add an electric jack on the tongue. We put a new water tank on and a new pump and hot water system. We had a cover made the covers all the trailer except the back doors.
*the refrigerator stopped working, seller is unsure about what is wrong with it
