What type of ansual system is place for if there is a fire?
There is no ansul fire suppression system within the hood. It is left up the owner to equip the truck with the proper fire extinguishers per their city's fire code.
Is there any cold storage on this unit.
Yes, it comes with a 48" sandwich/salad prep table with plenty of room to add a standing fridge if desired
