No disturbing noises from the engine.

Is the truck health code certified?

The vehicle is registered licensed with the health department city state and County and meets servsafe regulations and I am ServSafe certified.

What is the size of the fresh/Grey/Hot water tanks?

The freshwater tank is 5 gallons, the hot water pump hold an additional four gallons for a total of 9 gallon freshwater and the gray water slash waste tank is 10 gallons.

Would like to know, how long is the truck? .

The truck is 15 feet long by 6 feet WYD

How long is the overhead hood? .

Is there enough space to add a flattop ,and a stove top in the unit?

The overhead hood is 3 feet WYD. You can rearrange the truck to fit a flat top stove in the unit or even removed some of the items around.

For example are these vehicles still road worthy / drivable and have all working equipment inside?

The vehicle is road worthy and up to date on all registration. I drive the vehicle to all of my events.all of the equipment is in good working condition.
