The fire supression system was said to be included. Where is the fire supression system? Would you have photo of that. Also, did the system have a hood van?
There are 2 fire extinguishers onboard. No hood fan but it does have an exhaust fan in the middle of the truck out the roof
What size is the genny that was used?
6500 Honda generator was used
Did you use gas or propane for cooking? Or was it prepared elsewhere?
We had a BBQ used off the back of the truck for warming along with microwaves and crockpots. There is a small commercial oven inside but most of the food was prepared elsewhere
Does it have an oven, broiler and fryer?
It has a small commercial convection oven. A bigger one with a overhead fan can easily be added.
What are the dimensions of the truck, and of the kitchen?
Truck = 23' long x 7' wide x 10' tall
