FEATURES:
The unit is a 2000 Bear, three axel, 45 ft, fifth wheel converted to a goose-neck. It has a hydraulic jack system in the front which I never used with pump and battery. The workmanship was first class! It has a living quarters area with toilet, sink, and jetted tub forward. Next is a walk in refer by a side man door. The entire rest of the interior is stainless steel!
There are four large opening windows for ventilation and serving.
There are two AC Units on the roof.
The cook line is under a ten foot hood and Ansul 5 nozzle fire system..(just serviced). Next to the refer is a stainless steel top prep table, utensil storage, with a potato french fry cutter mounted on the wall. Equipment includes a Connertron (37x24) flat top setting on a SS Table, a Moffat Turbofan Convection oven with Bake/roast/hold/roast timer...Steam 110 V and Propane. A Wolf gourmet 30 inch four burner range. A 16 inch two basket Imperial deep fryer..(old) A Champion 24 inch Char Grill. New this year. A Servewell 4 tub steam table (60 amp). A Univex meat slicer gravity feed. And a Cook Shack professional Smoker four shelf ($3500 new model 150. And we have a EPCO Stand up Proofer/warmer we used as a holder for our buffet line with 33 sheet pans...
We have Rheem (Ruud) Commercial Thankless hot water heater, a big three compartment sink with 18x18x14 tubs, a hand sink, first aid kit, sanitizer station, a small chest freezer and all the misc pots, pans and cooking equipment to go with it. I did sell all my plates and silverware figuring whoever bought this would probably be using paper and plastic throw away. There is 110 gal (??) fresh water tank, a black water tank and a gray water tank underneath.
The unit is currently licensed in Oregon DMV and has Oregon Health permits and inspections. We spent a week scrubbing it down after these shots were taken and the only thing it needs is a coat of floor paint or lino to be first class!
The electric system is really great! It is set up for shore power or generator power. Ansul five head with remote switch.
There is also a 15 x 35 dining tent included as well
