This is a used but quality built Holstein Mfg. Model 306 stainless steel corn roaster. The corn roaster can roast roughly 250 ears in 30 minutes or 500 ears per hour! Can also be used for selling baked potatoes, smoked turkey legs, stuffed chili peppers, half apples, half peaches, mini pizzas, mini fruit pies, etc. It includes the optional 4 bay stainless steel sink, which is supplied hot water by the holding tank on top of the unit. The water is heated when the roaster is in use. Unit can be pulled by a pick-up truck or SUV (2” trailer hitch).
