This custom mobile kitchen is set up for cooking a wide variety of foods, for large number of people. It was previously cooking 150 lunches a day for an elementary school. It is a semi-trailer "reefer box trailer" - was used for 9 months and is in very good condition.

Semi-trailer “reefer box trailer” (insulated, NOT a 5th wheel) DOT approved, custom outfitted and exceeding its local regulations for mobile food service kitchens.
Note that the wood skirting around trailer NOT included. Dimensions 28 ft long, 13 ft 6 in high, 8.5 ft wide, approx. weight 12,000 lbs. This kitchen is full of high-quality commerical grade equipment. It can handle many high-traffic applications, such as wedding catering, meal service for emergency response and disaster relief (Forest fire, FEMA); festivals or movie sets; cooking facilities for a construction project, etc.
FEATURES:
1) The trailer has never been taken over the road 2) All equipment is still under warranty until August 2013 3) All interior electrical lines/conduit and water lines are visible on the walls and not mounted inside the walls for easy access should modification or repair be needed. 4) Kitchen can be reconfigured to your needs. The equipment is NOT bolted so it can be moved to your specifications. For travel all equipment can be secured using load lock straps. 5) The trailer is completely insulated so no interior frost problems in winter and completely comfortable for your employees. 6) Comes with all equipment to winterize the trailer; heat tape for the pipes and heat blankets for the waste water tanks. A custom skirt (not provided) will need to be constructed to retain heat beneath the trailer. 7) Plumbed for Ecolabs Apex TSC Single dishwasher. Dish machine system NOT included (Seller leased theirs from EcoLabs). 8) Trailer fitted for direct electrical and water feeds (there is no generator or water tank on the trailer). Fitted for natural gas but can be easily converted. 9) Three entrances for access to the trailer. One on each side and one in the rear. 10) Water is heated by a tank-less hot water system 11) Floor drain inside trailer for ease of cleaning
