Yes, restaurants and break room in trucking center for truck drivers. No, I didn't have to pay for the locations because it was a benefit for the employees and employers when they needed energy or were tired to be alert and productive.

How much did you pay per shot when purchased bulk?

Around $1.00 or a little more. I live close to Sam's Club so it worked out better to purchase them in bulk there and not have to pay shipping and get them right away when I needed them.
