Seller notes: We’ve finally made the tough decision to sell our food trailer business. This trailer is 8x16, dual-axle with brand-new tires, and comes with an Onan Cummins generator housed in a quiet box with exhaust to keep noise down. It also has hookups for shore power. The rear of the trailer opens fully with three sealed doors, and there are four serving windows (we only used two). In 2019, it was given a fresh wrap.
The kitchen is equipped with two 40 lb propane deep fryers under a hood vent, stainless steel work tables, adjustable metal shelving, and additional storage above the sinks. It includes both a 3-compartment sink and a handwashing sink, along with an onboard water heater, water storage, and pumps. There’s also an AC unit (unused by us).
Currently, the trailer is stocked with equipment including a side-by-side refrigerator, deep freezer, large popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, hot dog roller with bun warmer, crock pots, hot plates, dishes, pots, pans, and more. We’re also including a Square register system with printer, computer, and cash box, making this a true turnkey setup.
The open floor plan makes it versatile—you can continue with our menu (chili dogs, fries, corn dogs, nachos, specialty hot dogs, etc.) or easily customize it to fit your own concept. This is a large, heavy-duty trailer, built for serious operation and ready to go.
Owning and operating this trailer has been a dream for us, and we’ve truly enjoyed it over the past few years. Now it’s time to pass it on to someone new who can turn it into their own success story.
